We have taken great pride in our home and hope that the future buyer will do the same! As mentioned it is a three bedroom two bath doublewide, Clayton home. The master bath has a seperate shower and very LARGE garden tub! It is a split floor plan! The living room , and great room all flow together and open into the dining room. The kitchen is extremely spacious with a large island in the middle. Appliances remaining are....refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, however there are washer/dryer connections. We replaced the a/c soon after we moved... it was done in 2004. The dishwasher and refrigerator are also since we've moved in. Outside, the home has a huge deck on the front and a large shed to the side. This home is in excellent condition......
